We have a dream.
In 10 years we visualize
communities being renewed across the regency of Bangkalan.
Communities where well being is the rule.
Where:

is abundant for each person's daily needs & for the
community's agricultural needs

Organic sustainable agricultural practices produce not only
enough nutritious food for the community but plenty for sale
in markets both local & global

Adequate health care is available to all, & everyone is
aware of & involved in preventative health care so that
indicators of health are among the highest in the country

There
are employment opportunities for all in work that engages
their best creativity & provides dignity & income sufficient
for a life of well being

Educational opportunities from the most basic to the most
advanced are available to all & the level of education is on
a par or above the national average.

Knowledge, experience & wealth is shared between communities
& the well being is contagious & spreads across the Regency
carried by native media & frequent contact & fraternity.

Those
who leave the community to work elsewhere, usually return to
invest their money in their own community because there are
many attractive economic opportunities & incentives
available & they take pride in their community.
Because of these spreading
communities of well being, rapid urban migration will be
reversed as more & more Madurese recognize that opportunity for
a good life is better in the village or decentralized city than
in the major urban center.
This dream will be realized as
foreign consultants from West, East & Indonesia join hands with
local Madurese in partnerships of dignity & mutual respect to
empower the people of Madura.
